It is 6 1/2 inches in length and has an inside diameter of approximately 1 5/16 inches. These are vintage and very hard to find Varmac reel seats that will be great for building a vintage UNLIMITED  fishing rod like an older Fenwick, Harnell, Sabre or Truline.Please note that these reel seats are new old stock but do show some shelf wear. *
