Adapter, 3 Spindle to 4 Lathe Chuck – 72MM Recess

This adapter lets you mount 4″ 3- or 4-jaw lathe chucks on your mini lathe. Use this adapter with chucks that have a 72 mm registration recess diameter. The adapter mounts to the 3-hole pattern on the spindle so it works on spindles with only three holes. This adapter is cast iron and has a net thickness of 0.66″. The net thickness is the distance from the rim of the lathe spindle to the back of the chuck. * Note Don’t forget to purchase the appropriate set of Studs & Nuts to accommodate changes in chuck or adapter configurations.
