We describe all our products in a way that you will recognise, with a product code, description, trade names, authors (for publications) and specifications.

1. Select your products from our on-line shop, starting from the groups under On-Line Shop. Or use our product search facility.
2. Add your selected products and quantity to your shopping cart, you can view your shopping cart at any time.
3. Proceed to our checkout where you will be asked for your payment details.
4. Select your delivery options. Delivery charges are based on product size and weight.
5. We will process your credit / debit card on receipt of your order.
6. Your order will be dispatched to you, normally within 48 hours.

Note that all prices include VAT where appropriate.

If we are out of stock, or we are having difficulty obtaining a product you have ordered we will contact you.

If you are ordering from outside the EU you do not have to pay VAT. Please call us to order by phone at non-VAT prices.
